Review: Ronski Speed @ Studio Martin

This is actually my first post from abroad. Right now I am in Bucharest, Romania. Two days after I arrived I headed to the reputable Studio Martin club. The entrance was about $7 (on the flyer it stated $10 @ the door). At first couldn’t check-in my coat since they didn’t have any room – this club gets crowded.   Glyce, Snatt & Vix were the warm-up DJs and played pretty cool tech-house sets. Ronski Speed came on at around 2 am and played until 5 am or so. Good Trance with casual house sounds – something that I really enjoy. I spoke to him for a few minutes, down to earth, fun guy! He is worth seeing live.

A little about Ronski Speed;

Born and raised in Germany (I actually believed he was from Netherlands). He has been spinning and producing since 1997, that’s also when he was signed with the German record label EUPHONIC, he’s currently still signed with them. Ronski played in many countries such as Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, the Netherlands, UK, Finland, Germany, China, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, USA, Canada and others. He also has his own radio show “Euphonic Sessions” which plays on AH.FM, DDance.FM and a few others.
